Administration fees

We may charge an administration fee when you cancel your policy or make changes to your policy details. Most insurers charge administration fees and part of the reason for this is that if they didn't, the costs associated with people who make frequent adjustments would be borne by all policyholders. We review our fees on a regular basis to ensure that they remain in line with the market.

The current scale of fees that apply to your policy are as follows:

Administration fees will be included in the additional premium we charge you or deducted from any refund. Full details and the fees applicable to your policy, as well as your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents at no charge can be found in your Policy Schedule and Policy Booklet respectively.

Please refer to your Policy Schedule for the correct fee if your policy was taken out before the dates shown in the table above.
